Fair comment.

I'll add my review then :-

Some great roads

Will put the video up tommorow with are departure and arrival

I enjoyed some of the delimited bits. Chris enjoyed them in my car as well.:rolleyes: Never seen so much smoke. :D

Nice roads, not too much traffic around to slow us down. All in all, a good 700 mile stint across Europe.

Here's the vid enjoy:thumbup:

Yeah, thanks for that. :P I should have made you wash the filthy thing.

So how long did it take to drive to Prague?

So how long did it take to drive to Prague?

From memory it was about 13 hours before we actually arrived in Prague. This was mainly due to the roads being a bit busier (midweek) and also some funny sat-nav obedience (i.e leaving a motorway signposting to Prague, to drive through the middle of a town, just because the satnav had the road as "under construction" :D)

The way back I think was done in under 12 hours, and that was with plenty of decently long stops as we were always arriving at places ahead of schedule. With less stops for food and general rest, I think we could have done it in 10 quite easily (my speedo said we averaged 70 mph for Prague to Calais :D with stops, with coasting, etc etc ;))

Have to excuse me opening an old thread..

I've done this journey too. Off the Eurostar at Calais - Brussels - Aachen - Frankfurt - Nurnburg - Plzen - Prague. It took about 18 hours in an old Nissan Micra :P

And then me and my best mate carried on all the way to Mongolia. :)
