Featured Replies

hello friends were to buy the MAF sensor for the 1.9 tdi skoda? is it very expensive any suggestions please

VAGParts or GSF would be a start I guess.

eurocarparts is another.

You can save yourself the horrific expense of paying a dealership to do the work and do it yourself - it's only about 15 mins of a job.

I could not find the correct tool to undo the security screws... in the end a mail of pliers worked well for me:thumbup:

Changed my MAF sensor last month - bought the new one from ebay for

another good source for maf's and all other fuel system components is LSUK

GSF and Euro car parts wanted about £65 for the genuine part on exchange, so the same as a dealer.

They do knock off parts but the bloke admitted they were not as good, not sure how.

My advice is servisol safeclene 50 or IPA to clean it before you buy a new one, it works top :D

Whats MAF sensor then ?

Any local car accessories/parts shop, ask if they do Fuelparts or intermotor components as they are about £65 with no exchanged needed and would be easily ordered for same or nxt day delivery
