Hello from Athens-Greece..!!

I'm Stefanos Spiropoulos (Fabiamaniac)....

I just wanted to ask if there is going to be a Fabia 1.8T edition with 150ps...!!!

Many people , here in Greece, discuss about that....!!!

Does anybody knows anything....???

Hi FABIAMANIAC, welcome to the forums. There are a few other members from Greece, so maybe they know a bit more.

You can you personally import a Fabia vRS or will they not let you do that either. It may even be cheaper as you would pay greek taxes on a Croat/serb/euro zone car.

If you can wait until the Czech Republic join the EU, they should be able to import it then because of the common market prevents restriction of trade(Unless all diesels are banned in greece?).

By the way, is that the lexus look lights on the rear of your car and if they are could you post them on here as a few of us are wondering what they look like on a Fabia (we have only seen off car pictures).

Yes .....one way is to import it by myself....although i don't know the taxes to enter it in my country...!!!This might rise the cost even more...!!!But you see....i want to be sure first if there is going to be a new better and powerfull edition so not to regret it later....!!!

The rear lights are not lexus style...!!!

I painted all the red surfase with car silver colour ,but with some way to let the stop light could be seen from everyone (day+night)....I have photos to

as long as you can prove you are importing it (not too hard) you can get the car tax free and then pay greek taxes, or if it is cheaper pay the local taxes and just regester the car and number plate withe the greek authorities. It is simple and as you english seems good, there are guides to importing cars (although to England, but the process will be similar) on www.whatcar.com or use www.ask.co.uk, www.google.co.uk, or any uk search engine. you may even have luck with a greek one.

Thanks again for your help....!!!

You see.....i love my Fabia as i made it (exterior) so it's difficuld for me to sale it and buy another one with more power but not so exterior (personal opinion) nice as mine...!!!

I'll try to find informations about putting a new engine with more power....!!!

If its cheap enough for the power that i'll have ...maybe i'll make this movement....

Anyway....thanks a lot....

(my English are not so good.......I need 5-10 minutes to write a message...:dizzy:)

It is a lot better than my greek!!!

Nice to meet you, and your english is just fine (better than some english people on here!).

Your Fabia looks very nice indeed.

Ross

Fabiamaniac,

Your English is great compared to how I speak any other language!

I love the look of your Fabia. Certainly different, but very tasteful with it. How much has your car been lowered? It looks more than the 30mm most over here are lowered by!

Thanks for your nice comments...!!I lowered my car about 60mm...!!!I must say that this was a wrong idea ,cause in Athens we have some road guality problems with all these constractions that has to be made for the Olympic Games on Summer 2004 ..!!!So i have to be "very" carefull and slow all the time.....!!!!I'm sure in a few months everything 's' going to be just perfect....and you're all welcome to my country with your "fantastic" fabia's....
