does anyone no if the intercooler is the same on a tdi as the 1.8t any info would be great, as i need one and a guy is selling a tdi one but i didn't think it was the same but i could be wrong thx.

They are different, I believe the dimensions and location of boost sensor differ.

if you try to use a 1.8t intercooler on a tdi it will simply burst because they aren't designed to run at that pressure
