how about afan behind OE intercooler?

hi i have noticed the dis advantages using the front mounted intercooler in various forums why not try a fan behind the existing OE INTER COOLER? WILL IT BE OF ANY HELP? can we explore pros& cons

it would no difference at speed only at idle as a fan probably couldn't maove more air than your car doing 50mph+

what disadvantage of the FMIC are you thinking of?

as allready said above it's probably not necessary to have an interccoler fan..... unless you are doing hillclimb rallying or towing a caravan a lot.

I assume you're sighting the cost of the FMIC as the problem?

The Veritate wheels on my Superb have limited access between the spokes, so cleaning the barrel and behind the spokes is a chore but possible with the right selection of brushes and woolies. BUT ... the numbnuts that designed the wheel added a 'gutter' around the barrel just behind the spokes. It collects a pool of rainwater when parked and is a magnet for brake dust and tar. Getting into the gutter to clean it is almost impossible - I can't even reach it all with my fingertips and a wheel mi

I am having problems with the rear offside door lock on our 2018 Super 2.0L SE Technology diesel estate. The drivers door switch panel includes the two child lock buttons. When locking the car the rear offside door remains unlocked, therefore we have to keep it locked via the small turn screw on the edge of the door. Having looked into new lock prices, I decided to try a second hand one from a 'reputable' supplier, only to find that this replacement is doing the same thing. I conclude therefore

I have been getting a rubbing noise from the rear end of my 2020 kodiaq when turning left and right, I've had it in the garage a few times but been told by Arnold Clark it's a noise all kodiaq like mine make 🤷 then I spoke to Skoda who told me they a talking complete nonsense, anyone had this issue that can help me out please

I'm driving my early 2020 Octavia (mkIII) Scout (2.0L diesel DSG-7) through France, and only after I filled up (31L of the 55L tank) from the "diesel" pump I noticed the marking "B10" which apparently really exists about only in France, I'd never heard of nor seen before, and is officially (per Skoda) not compatible with this engine.
