hi u will have to forgive me but this is my first post

didnt now where to start.i have a 04 octavia v rs which has started to emit a strong smell of burning rubber when its been driven on a run first noticed it on a stop at motorway services

any ideas:thumbup:

when you say on a run do mean caning the a**e out of it? if so then i think this is normal

mainly doing 100 steady until the tiff neddel gobs of on the dash

you sure its the rear brakes that are smelling?

someone said it could be the exhaust causing it
