Economy Run anyone?

Featured Replies

If it's a reasonable road with not too many junctions I reckon I could average 65-70mpg with the Octy. Best ever was the run down to the start of the National Meet last year - 72.2mpg!!

So when is this event then, and what's the prize?? ;) ;)

The ones I've done have included numerous junctions, roundabouts, nice long uphills and short sharp downhills. Route is usually designed to make it as tricky as possible to maintain a set speed.

Neo, based on Nick's figures, he'd probably beat you as his %age increase over the published figures would be greater :D

Sorry to say this Andy, but I doubt the route would include canals so your barge might not be much cop ;)

Jon,

Excellent idea, count me in -

Probably not, but I am quite sure you know a few fjords for me to traverse.
