Hi guys , wondering if u can help , gradually i have noticed a knocking front suspension , i have jacked up the car and found small knocking in wheel , side to side movement only, not top to bottom , would be very greatful for any advice or help you may have or any other checks i might try to narrow it down , THANKS

Check the ARB bushes.

I believe these would allow side to side movement if perished and will also cause a knocking.

It might not be these, but they are certainly something that does go on the Octy TDI.
