i have an 02 octavia vrs which i have owned for over two years now, its a rapid car but to be honest am used to the power now and want to re-map it rather that a chip being welded on, am local to the north east.......any help would be appreciated!!!

The advanced search tool (in the tool bar at the top of this window) will be most useful but briefly, the 1.8T has been remapped by many many tuners over the years. In reality ther eis littl eto choose between them and you cant really go wrong by shoosing the company who are geographically closest to you.

Awesome GTi and JBS offer remaps for your vehicle and arent' that far away. There may be other too but a search will pull up most of the information you need.
