I have a 1998 Felicia Estate when turning especially when on full lock their is a servere clicking noise. their is no excesive play in the drive shafts. Can any body help please!!!

Sounds like a joint to me, you can buy them from a motor factors such as Unipart or Jayar at reasonable cost. If it was me I would release the boot and thoroughly re-pack with CV joint grease to see if this alleviates the problem first. They are also very prone to splitting their protective boots.

Turn to lock then wiggle the Track Rod ends, you may find that is your problem :D
