I'll have to get mine booked in for the hissing rear passenger window. It has really become noticable these last few weeks, as if the window/door is slightly open can even hear it at 30mph now.

My mate had this problem with his Octy when he collected it in October. Took it back the next day and it was fixed in just 5 minutes.

Simply smeared some black sealant around the rear o/s 1/4 light rubber. Sorted and invisible. Common problem apparently.

They are saying it's a known problem and they need to replace the rubber around the window to include the rear quarter light as it is all one unit. So going in next Tuesday for the work.

Seems VAG could be choosing to ship cars with known problems and address them as they are reported by individuals. Know of someone with a brand new Audi TT with wind noise from the top of the doors. Was told "Yes, its a known problem and we have a fix, leave the car with us and we'll sort it"

Shame on VAG...

My wife has complained about our vRS, she said "It's too fast...."
