My 53 octy is runin 250 break and although it pulls nice and hard thru the gears it could do with another. Does anyone know of a 6 speed that fits and if so do you know if the ratios are closer????????

I've also got a set of twin stainless oval exhausts i wana let go. they look the part just a lil bit too loud for me.

VAG now offer a 6-speeder in some cars on the Golf platform.

I don't know if this is correct, but i thought i heard that the petrol 6 speeds had the same final drive, but the ratios were closer together.

I would if on a budget find a bent cupra leon and get the box from it other wise Quiaff will build 6 speed to your spec for about a grand if you want differant gearings than vw spec
