This is of course subject to personal opinion, but I am curious as to what the general consensus is.

THE RULES:

• The car must be factory standard - so options are allowed, but MODS are not.
  
• Must be a hatchback.
  
• No repeat posts please - unless you post a different colour etc.
  
• Please dont quote pictures.
  
• The car must be available to buy from a dealer i.e. no rally cars etc
  
• Only post a max of 3 pics per car (2 external, 1 interior).
  
• ABSOLUTELY NO SKODAS (Fabia owners, I'm talking mainly about you !!! :P )

Anyone not following the rules will result in me closing the thread!

Remember - this is about looks, not build quality, performance, cost etc.

I'm a fan of the outgoing punto shape TBH. Think it looks well in certain colours. Wouldn't own one though!

Seeing as the definition of a hatchback seems to include estates, I'll say the Volvo V50. Very simple, elegant and understated.
