Don't expect too much from mine as yet, unless by sheer chance I can get enough mileage on it pre-January AND get a custom map done after running it in again (camshaft + 4 valves + head skimmed) it won't be running too high in bhp etc as yet, hopefully I can get that done though

That's one Octy that could really do with 4x4 or at the very least a LSD. I've always wondered if on the road you get sufficient downforce to be able to use that kinda power though? (not having a dig, just interested as I have sufficient trouble with mine on decent tyres + LSD + nowhere near the power Des' one sticks through the fronts)

Well, just clocked it as a 140 mile journey to Portsmouth from me in Devon, so not all that far, but still a good trek. I'll see how it goes - The I.O.W trip is the weekend before so it's a little busy around that time.
