Hi there. Would anyone be interested in loaning me a [highlight]STANDARD MK1 OCTAVIA VRS CATALYTIC CONVERTORY[/highlight], in order to have a Sports CAT produced. Shipping will be paid for etc...

A very reputable performance exhaust company have now branched into the CAT area and can produce one for the Octavia Vrs (hence needing something to work from first). If i can arrange this there will be a great opportunity for all Mk1 Vrs owners who wish to upgrade to a sports cat and from what i can see the prices would be very reasonable.

Without going into too much detail here, as i'm not trying to advertise or sell anything, i just wanted to get the idea out there.

Around the £200 mark most likely, possibly cheaper (i might be mixing it up with something else) for a 200 cell CAT (sports/high flo etc...), there could be options for full race cats too (obviously not road legal)

I have one of these welded into a 2.5" decat downpipe - cost me around £160 to do the whole thing The CAT is 200cell/sq.in density, about half as dense as standard.
