An early Marcos?

I agree - Mini (or Austin 1100-based) Marcos derivative. :confused:

It is a mini based kit car that was built in Dinnington in Sheffield from 1969-75 ish. Apparently only 35 (again ish) cars left the factory.

It is called a Biota, it uses a mini front subframe and A series engine, bolted to a spaceframe chassis all clothed in fibreglass.

It was designed originally to be the poor mans alternative to a lotus 7. Unfortunately it obviously never really took off.
