"Its a Skoda. Honest..."

"Oh no. Another Great Skoda" Thats what my 02 SDI classic has, and yes, i'm leaving it there! lol

AIUI it's now illegal to make a "numberplate" that doesn't have the supplier's name and postcode on it (as a measure to "combat car crime"). Of course, you could always contact a mail-order or internet supplier for some "decorative reflective signs" with the relevant font, spacing and colouring!

Aye, that's what i thought. Most places that i've seen have the computerised system where it prints out your number plate before sticking it to the acrylic sheet.

The place i found wasa small motoring shop that still had the old manual system whereby he measured it all my way of a ruler and placed every latter on kinda stright! haha.

Either way.... i have my nice clean unmolested number plates and all for well under

My Y reg fabia elegance estate had it, but I took it off because I wasn't particularly fond of it. although I can still see the outline of it looking out from inside the car.

My 2000 SLX TDI has this sticker

I'd quite like one too. I did remove the dealer's sticker from the rear window, but only because it was over the heating element.
