Small cars are what they're best at  Cant wait to see these on the road!

The last pic looks excellent.

I'd be very tempted by one of these

You can see more pics in the link i posted above... Im impressed by this car.. it only needs to be fast though

So then do you think the new 500 will sell more that the new ford KA its based on?

I love the front, but the back looks a bit

they are apparently gonna do an arbarth version, I'd be interested in that!

Well thats something you cant tell now, but even if its gonna be based on the KA(which i doubt), but im sure it'll be the better car.. it looks so much better anyways

Sadly I

They've confirmed a 1.4 Turbo

Might be worth a nosey seeing as I can't find a Cuore Avanzato TR-XX R4 anywhere...

Dammm r u sure about the 1.4 Turbo??

thats gonna be so fast for such a little car, Fiat's new 1.4 Turbo engine comes in120 BHP and 150 BHP.. difference is the map only i guess

I used to have a tweaked Uno II 1.4 Turbo and it was ridiculously fast for a small car. I used to blow Astra 16V into the weeds and out drag 24v Senators on motorway slip roads. Handled like an ice-cube on a hot Teflon pan. It produced well over 120bhp at the wheels and I had to run it with octane booster to stop the detonating!

Oooooh me too

Me too..that looks awesome..

you can also go to Fiat 500 to make your own 500.. very cool...

Nice looking li'll car, i'd have one of those :D

And BTW...............Ford are using the Fiat platform, not the other way round ;)

Photoshop unleashed: Fiat 500 Abarth

I want that one...............

just be to the barbers and there was an old copy of AutoExpress there which had those Abarth 500 pics in , it does look rather good i must admit and would certainly consider it as a future purchase:eek:

Great little car.Hope they sell loads.

If we are all forced to drive little city cars soon I would have one of those

oh dear.. more small cars. whats the point. no boot pace, no room for mates, looks like your gran's micra and is italian- Fix It Again Tomorrow for a reason

Small Cars are amazing, If you need boot space or room for mates then get something bigger but there are other ppl like me n many others who dont have kids and dont even need boot space and love small cars that are fun to drive :P

I appreciate small cars-hell, did Glasgow- Gibralter and back in a ford ka (on which the 500 is based.)

I just hate the fact that manufaturers constantly come out with "big" small cars that are neither small enogh to be super mini's or large enough to be a mid-size.

I didnt say they wernt fun to drive- Felicia owner....

But at least you can take the back seats out and fit a drumkit in:D

I love it from the front , it looks pretty authentic to the original (rembemer when SEAT used to make these under licence?) but the side profile is a tad dissapointing , it also would only make sense if it was priced between

IIRC, it's actually based on a shortened Panda platform, which the new Ka will also be using...

Correct and I also predict the Ford Ka will sell more than the Fiat mainly due to the poor image that Fiat has in this country.
