Trim questions

I have just collected my 2001 L&K Octavia.

It has covered less than 35,000 miles so is in great condition except for 3 things.

I have had a quick search on a couple of them and just remembered the third so please excuse me if they have been covered before but I have not found the answers.

The trim around the auto gear lever, the thin black strip around the very outer edge, has come loose and doesn't seem to stay down. I assume this can be replaced but is it a common problem for it to come loose?

Also the driver doors handle has started to 'peel'. Can this be replaced easily or is it a hassle? I cant see an easy way to detach it from the door.

The third thing is a vibration from the passenger kick panel speaker with heavy'ish bass. Again, is this common? I'm hoping it is just a loose screw, or plastic in the frame.
