My 07 vrs doesnt have the drivers blind spot mirror it just has a plain one.

However looking around the dealership, most of the other vrs' seem to have it. The nice lady in the dealership said it seems all 07 vrs' don't have it. :confused:

Seems wierd Skoda would remove it, as virtually all new cars come with this type of door mirror now.

That was the first thing I noticed when I got my 56 Vrs. They seemed to have replaced both sides with convex mirrors i.e. It's a pain the ar** to park next to kerbs as you are not looking at a straight line!

I think with them being convex we still have about the same field of view.

That's not true, my 2005 VRS has the blind spot section

My March 2006 VRS has said mirror too...

Perhaps it is what is in the parts bin at the time of manufacture.

Mine also has a blind spot mirror on the drivers side.

As Philip26 says could just be the parts available or as the Fabia is on it's runout they may only have the std mirrors left and aren't prepared to purchase new stock?

Yep mine 05 has the blind spot mirror.

If you do miss it you can probably just buy glass for a 2005 model then and get dealer to swap glass.

Surely the glass can't be that much can it?

Hadn't noticed an 06 owner above so i'll confirm that my o6 plate vRS has the blind spot mirrow on the drivers side.

My dealer says the blind spot mirror isn't available for my chassis number, so I'm assuming something changed with the size/shape of the mirror?
