Symphony - what instead with multidot

Hello

I have O1 with Skoda Symphony audio that give me duplicate display on multidot display above computer display.

I want to change it into other caraudio but no want to loose that second audio display.

Do you know any independent caraudio manufacturer that suport this? or what is caraudio standard needed to suport this?
