The powerflex bush does not replace the rear wishbone bush... its an insert that fills the gaps.

The front bush will need to be pressed out and the powerflex item just slides in :)

Theres a clippy thing that pushes through the powerflex and into the hole in the end of the wishbone... but if your bushes are shagged they can eventually pop the "udders" out... so maybe a bit of strong glue on the clip would help... when you need to take them off just get a big-*** crowbar in there :D

oh right, i didn't realise they were like that, i assumed they would be proper bushes.... i'm not fitting those to my car!!!

never mind, i'll get myself down the seat dealership tomorrow then and order some cupra ones

Be warned.. the cupra ones can potentially screw up your handling/ride quality

I know in all the reviews of the beezer cupra they say the FR is a better choice.. now i can see why..

got an eibach 22mm front anti-roll bar kit to go on + koni fsd's and koni springs..... having slight teething problems at the moment tho...... i was supplied the wrong anti roll bar, which i didn't discover till i'd allready dropped the subframe off..... annoyed isn't the word for what i was yesterday!!!! so i thought whilst i was there i may as well do the bushes at the same time
