MK 2 and 3 fiesta can be stolen in seconds with half a tennis ball and screwdriver.

Thing is you get a banger with a tiny engine knowing you will never claim against it.

I definately wouldn't restrict yourself to a skoda when looking though as there are some bargains available across other brands too.

I think for a guy who is on a moped in the 1st place safety is the last thing he should be worried about.
