Dump Valve Question

Featured Replies

Im lookin to purchease a dump valve for my 02 Octy vRS and need help selecting one.

The choices i've been given are;

Forge FMCL007P closed loop diverter valve

Bailey DV26 twin piston dump valve

Bailey DV36 Venturi dump valve

Bailey DV30 re-circulating valve

Whats the differnce between all these and which is best to go for??

DV30 on mine and you also get a first class back up from Bailey if you need it, but Forge also have a very good product and reputation.

Anything wrong with the standard one?

dv36 venturi style i have one good sound

Ive just had fitted the Forge 007 at Awesome GTi, the sound it makes is really nice and subtle at low revs and agressive at high revs. I had the CAI fitted at the same time, Im not sure if this contributes to the noise of the DV.

Both the CAI + DV together make a lovely noise.

So did I! Mine is also Forge 007P. Lovely exciting noise when I accelerate...and when I change the gear as well. :thumbup:

Ive got the forge splitter dv on mine, need to get some clips really, sounds v nice, :rofl:

I've got the forge 007 bought from Awesome 3 weeks ago, at a nice price
