New Car: Brokers

Featured Replies

has anyone bought a skoda from the new car broker "Drive The Deal"?

I had a look on their site at Octavia 4x4 estates they are quoting approx

I beat the DTD price with my local dealer, that was for a car in stock, though. They also were very fair on the trade in of my old Octavia.

Dave.

Yes, some on here have managed to get their local dealer to price match drive the deal. If you can it would be the way to go about getting your new car.

Try the search facility - a very common subject

My uncle brought from drive the deal. They basically put you in touch with there contracted dealer. Dont think they will take a trade in but my Uncle could not praise them enough.

I initally looked at DTD, but decided to go with a local dealer. Although I paid approx £200 more than DTD, I got some accessories thrown, the dealer is local and did not pass on the recent price increase (I ordered it back in November).

I have not heard anything bad about DTD, other than the dealer could be located at the other end of the country from you.

Print off the DTD price (screen dump, as it wont print the price), take it to your local, and get them to match it. I saved £2200 on my L&K, without a hint of argument.

Also, as DTD simply put you in touch with a dealer, you can arrange trade in at the dealers.
