cant remember there being a specific identifier on the car although they did come with a certificate I believe detailing the number out of 100 IIRC

Not been able to find a pic of one yet though.

Yes it's on the dash, beside the large hazards lights button

Yes there is a silver metal plate directly above the triangular hazard warning switch !!!!
