ebay :- Could be a cheap vRS.....

Featured Replies

No bids,

I notice the usual get out of the auction clause is there "car is offered for sale some where else" ie if I dont get what I want for it you aint having it, with out paying ebay the fee for putting a reserve on.

Postage is quite cheap on it though.

Even more of a bargain if ts coming from the USA where the Seller is registered!

I think the same ad is on the Autotrader website with an asking price of £4000.

The ad even says happy bidding as on the ebay one.

I've a feeling that's against ebays rules and regs now.

Hmmm, that sounds a bit dodgy to me. £4000 seems too good to be true. Brings some questions to mind.

Does the seller actually own the car??

Does the car exist?? (using photos of someone elses car?!!)

Is this a hoax/rip off??

:really: :really:

Only the one feedback score for buyinmg an item, everyone has to start somewhere but I do indeed smell a rat - If it's too good to be true then you will more than likely be out of pocket.

I agree, its a scam. Do not bid on either of these now reported to ebay items.

I cant believe it, the first scam is now at 7k. I reported it again, and still nothing has happened.,
