Felicia diesel fuel injection pump?

Featured Replies

Can anyone out there tell me which fuel injection pump I would have on my 1999Felicia 1.9 diesel, please? Looking at the V5, the engine is the AEF model, if that means anything to anyone, and according to the little manual which came with the car originally the power output is 47kw. Hmmm! Thanks for the reply. As it happens, I found out the pump is a Lucas, and the bloke running the ebay-based shop says that Lucas aren't supported by these chips. Thanks for the advice, though - maybe I was about to fall for a sucker punch.

If anyone would now like to make a comment about my mpg - I get 50 mpg, just, on a long run by sticking religiously to the speed limit of 70 on the motorway, with just one passenger. I'd have thought that was a bit low, since I've heard of 55-60. Maybe that figure's a little fanciful?!?

By the way, I have no idea whatsoever why my car, in the box on the left, is described as "Yeti". I certainly didn't put that there.

The car defaults to Yeti if you haven't edited your Profile. To do this click on Control Panel (second from top left of screen), the select Edit Profile and scroll down to My Skoda: Model etc and enter the correct details.

I just had a look on ETKA for interest to see the price of an injection pump for your car. How about £2410!
