Felicia Indicator lamps don't flash :-(

Hello to all.

When I turn on the indicators, rather than flash, the lamps stay on. This happens on both sides (not at the same time). All bulbs are good.

The same happens if I put the hazard switch on except that both sides light up.

Is this just a relay and if so is it a difficult fix?
