Hi,

I have a 2.0L AEG Skoda. My battery conked (new one i place) and after the change my TB wont align. I constantly get the followin error in VAG and these wont go away no matter how many times I try to clear theml.

17987 - Throttle Actuator - Adaptation not started

17973 - Throttle Actuator - Lower Limit not reached

I have tried cleaning and replacing the TB - no effect. The DTCs wont go away - leave alone TB alignment.

Appreciate some help on this one please!

I followed the procedure to the last word. :) However, the first step is no DTC which I cannot clear. Inspite of this I tried the procedure. Gives ERROR instead ADP OK.

I would say that you need to identify if you have a problem with one of the components listed then.
