Ford had an interesting weekend.

They got caught with Hirvonens car being underweight and calimed it was because body work was missing so no action was taken but this meant the scrutineers checked very carefully at the end of the event hence finding the problem with the glass on all the 07 Focus in the event. They ended up checking Loebs glass too.

Ford were then threatened with exclusion and responded that they would withdraw from WRC if they were, so they were given a 5 minute penalty.

Nice to see big issues affecting the WRC aswell as national level.

Wow, just goes to show the power of the big boys, the championship would be finished if that happened.

Its really minor but if they get away with it then someone else would try it next time out.
