Jumbo box

Featured Replies

Can the jumbo box be retrofitted to an Octavia?

I only ask because the wife has nowhere to store her recently severed fingers, tongues etc, without having to climb over the bodies in the boot.

Cheers G.

Simple Answer... Yes.

Practicle and cost effective answer... No!

More parts involved than you may think and retro-fitting rear air-conditioning ducts as well all need to be considered.

Cheers Richard.

She will have to resort to the cool box in the capacious boot then;)

I've looked myself and it is a very expensive upgrade - Probably for a reason.

So, will you be driving the Fabia or the Octavia Graham?

The one that's got the least amount of fuel, and the one with the lowest bhp, by a considerable margin.

I'll let you guess which one.:(

That will be the Octavia then :)

Isn't your octy a MK I Graham, and the (not so) Jumbo Box a MK II feature.

Oh.

I thought there was a box type thingy available for the mk1.

It looks like I have deffo. lost the Fabia then:(

How much tat Does she want to store?

The door bins are pretty reasonable, the glove box isn't bad, and the ash tray is reasonably sizeable too. Not to mention I would think you should be able to get a 1 din draw thingy to replace the tray under the radio.

The MK I had an arm rest in elegance and L&K trims which you could more easily retrofit, which has some more storage inside it. I would say more than the "Jumbo" box in fact.

That looks like the way to go then, cheers.

As for storing tat......

That's another story. We moved house 18 months ago, and the sister in-laws garage is STILL full of the wifes tat.

How about this Jumbo box - ideal for small severed female body parts! :)
