A few years ago I fitted a towbar to my Octavia. I still have the original metal impact bar that used to live under the plastic bumper and bolted to the Chassis. It has now cluttered various sheds and lofts over the last few years. Given that I can't now see me hanging on to the towbar when I sell the car I might as well be shot of the impact bar and create a bit of space.

Is there much of a market for it? Should I be sticking it on EBay or just let it go free to a good home?

I have one knocking about as well. When I took mine off, I just nipped the nuts back onto the bolts that has been spot welded onto the body work and one fell off - not much use for holding the bumper on now!
