Yes, I had only seen brochure pics of the wheels and I was a little unsure of what they would be like in real life. I had no worries-they are superb!

Looks great

I took the liberty of linking them directly to the thread, so that others can see your pride and joy more easily

That looks lush. Very nice indeed!

Black magic looks stunning, just a pain to keep it looking that way!

Oh yes, the dust is starting to settle already. But from a few feet away you can't see it and it looks stunning.

And thanks Wardy for put the actual images up. I didn't in case I offended any forum rules!

No worries

Yeah, you're fine to link direct from PB, using the and tags.

very nice runboy, looks great in black. im jealous of those badges though as i dont have any on mine. The new ones are a lot better than the "cake decoration" ones off the 2006 L&K

I'm sure they are easy to remove/apply, but I bet if your Skoda dealer sourced a set of the new badges they would cost a bit (for a bit of plastic anyway!).

Looks like the exhaust is stainless steel tipped too? Is that standard?

2007 L&K has chrome 'zorst trims as standard

Looks really nice too

That does look very nice indeed, Wheels are nice

..

Looks spot on! What a nice car

Looks stunning! Enjoy it. I've had mine for just over 3 weeks now, and still grinning from ear to ear whenever I'm in it! Good choise on the black interior, the grey looked pretty drab in the brochure.

Is it me, or are the 17" Sputniks(?) a little more chromey than most alloys?

Good point. I didn't notice until you mentioned it, but they do appear to reflect more than other cars with alloys I've had.

Looks very nice indeed. Just take care when you clean it :)

Leather/suede seats look the biz, bet they are comfy and looks like they are heated too; mmmmmmmmm - nice warm back & bum.

Enjoy.

Oh yes, I've been reading some of the various guides and taken advantage of Halfords 3 for 2 for wash mits, microfibre cloths, Autoglym this, that and the other! I was most put out I had to use the windscrren washer this morning for the first time ;)

Yes, they are heated (drivers electric too) but it's too warm at the moment to use them! Unless I go for a drive at 3am but the wife probably thinks I'm obsessed already!

Am I the only one to have gone for the grey leather?

I've got an estate in Blue Storm coming. Chose the sat nav over the DSG as the funky box pushed the emissions into the next category for fuel card P11D benefits :(

Nice

Each to their own! We have a light coloured leather sofa at home and know how dirty this can get from clothes dye, plus the Alcantara feels a bit more tactile (sticky in other words so no sliding round). Saying that this is the first car I've owned with leather and had two choices - went for one and I'm happy. I could have gone for the other and been equally happy!

I have seen Mercs with the light coloured leather and it looks nice and airy inside.

I have opted for the light leather

Not sure if I've mad a bum decision as yet but considering the car is black with a primarily dark interior plus sunset glass I though "balls to it, why not!".

Besides, SWMBO said it was nice and I'm not going to go against her decision (and yes, her saying it's nice IS a decision :D )

Watch the Storm Blue paint tho, nightmare to keep clean, so much so that I have given up! lol And dont look at it funny or it will get scratched from it (trust me, its that easy)

Sounds like you need to up your protection on that paint :)

Some polish to get the existing scratches out, then a few coats of wax and it will positively repel any attack :D
