Jack Question

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a 'quick-jack' for lifting a car one-side at a time - to speed up wheel changes??

I've got a power wheel brace, just need a decent method of flipping the car up one side at a time.

I've heard all the jokes, so mainly serious offers please!!

I'll let you use mine Chris, see if it does what you want. If your suspension is stiff enough it'll lift 3 of the wheels off the ground just by jacking one corner :D

Thanks guys - I'll probably get the air-filled one anyway as it'll help out at home.

Can passengers be added on the day? In case i drag an extra guest along ;) ?[/quote']

Is that me or another guest, Geoff?

A.N. Other... in addition to yourself.

Nothing definite, i'm just asking the question should the situation arise.

However the question is vaild for you Howard, do we need to book passengers in advance?

Last Easytrack event I went to you didn't need to - they were happy to take anybody's money.

So, on that basis, what's the charge for passengers then?

According to the site...

Aye - you turn up, stand in the queue, sign an indemnity form to say it's not their fault if you die, hand over your money and get your wristband. Simple as that.

Howard , I'm pretty sure that there is no charge for passengers , ........only for drivers .

Pretty much what happened at Anglesey, except they didn't charge :)

Cool. I'm sure I can stump up a fiver!

Should I recognise it?

Tis Father Jack from "Father Ted"...cracking programme.

I to thought 1 passenger went free...well according to previous post from our smalled handed friend. ;)

Should I recognise it?

Oh , come on Nick :D

I actually saw my first ever bit of a Father Ted episode in a hotel room about a fortnight ago. I only saw about 10 minutes, but that was enough to convince me I hadn't been wrong all these years.

Thanks for answering the question, Adrian.
