Oh yes, very much rubbish. For a non turbo 1.3 felicia any gains would be tiny. What they do is cause the engine to overfuel, so basically run rich. This is not good for your engine and will in the long term cause damage.

cheers, i only wanted a roof rack, a ton of people are selling these for pennies, nearly suckered me in.
