Ok, I need new shocks to get the car to pass the MoT, and this is what I am figuring I need from GSF:

2 x 45561 - SHOCK STRUT-FR - OCTAVIA 97>06 STD SUSPENSION -

Any of those codes match ot one on the big sticker in the boot?

If you are doing the rubber mounts it's probably advisable to do the bearings and bump stops as well.

Would also recomend new nuts for the strut/hub clamp, the track rod end and the drop link.

I think you'll be better to phone GSF and they talk you through the parts you need.

I think i posted the part numbers for the brakes in another thread of yours matt.

No clue on the suspension though.
