Good vids, but ive already watched them both, im only joking around with him :D

How much BHP will this give cos I have my doubts about this little mod. I don't want to just blow my £2.67 on anything.

I'll give you my Civic, for your 1.4 as Fuel Economy isn't great. Plus £2.67 my way.

I expect to hear from you soon Des.

Today A VRS was minced down the inside on the M3 near fleet services by a BMW x5 closely followed by a new Focus ST that nearly took the VRS's nose off!, The VRS was having none of that so thus started the race that went from fleet services on the M3 all the way to Bournemouth town center, The road cleared up soon after them under taking the VRS and nearly wiping it off the road so the right peddle was firmly floored, At this stage the VRS is behind the ST whome cut inside the BMW and pulled ahead of him, the VRS was on the inside of them both and slowely pulling alongside the ST when all had to break hard due to traffic, the order stood at ST, VRS and the X5, when the road opend the X5 got a run on them both and undertook them both and pulled out a few car lenths, the VRS was all over the ST and he moved over and the VRS caught the X5 and they slowed again, onto the double lane part of the M3 now with the order at X5, VRS and the ST, by this time the VRS is down shifting at 80 into 3rd the road opend up and the VRS got great pull from the big X5 he wouldent move over so the VRS dived down the inside of him and the ST follwed VRS, with speeds getting VERY high i mean near the top of the clock high they slow again for traffic, and the order stands VRS, ST and the X5, the road opens and the VRS down shift and floor it, the VRS pulls away sharpish from the 2.5t ST opening up several car lengths and the X5 is all over the ST whome pulls over and lets him past, the VRS is still pulling away from them both and bye time they hit winchester the VRS can only see their head lights, this stays the same all the way to the new forest where the VRS is holed up behind a transit and the X5 comes past the VRS fast and the ST gets the jump on the VRS from the VRS driver's own error in judgement blast, the order is X5, ST and the VRS they sling it left past the bournemouth airport and onto the duel carrigway, the road is dead and its a straight drag into bournemouth, the ST jumps the X5 closely follewed by the VRS At over twice the limit the VRS is all over the ST and he wont budge the X5 was well dropped by this stage, the VRS swaps to the inside and undertakes the ST with ease and breases into bournemouth the winner by a decent margin, they all pulled over near the peer and the ST and X5 drivers are fuming that they got beat by a Skoda and ask if the VRS is runing nitro! lol..

Two very shocked fast car drivers who now whant a VRS and a VRS that coverd 90 miles at 13.1 MPG!

Lol! well edited! did'nt read like that when you first posted it.

you took them like a king:rofl:

Hee hee! That one rears its head again!

You got 13.1 mpg?

You weren't trying - even my SDI could get below 11 and my 1.4 16v could be dropped to 6 (full tank gone in 60 miles from a fill up).

Must try harder :haha:

Next you'll be telling us you've had some advanced driving tuition too?:rofl:

Chris

There's untruths and downright lies! :finger:

I am a danger to myself and others everytime I get behind the wheel, anyway, I'm that pants that if I took a test I'd probably only get a silver anyway :haha:

Awwww loook some mr I have done nothing with my lives above^^, some people have actuely done things get over it.

What are you on about?

Just because I said you can't have been trying due to your rather good (IMHO )fuel consumption, there's no need to get the hump with me.

  • Author

I do not have the Hump and 13.1 is shocking from my experiance Especialy when you consider when the VRS was going back to fleet it got 41.2 MPG.

You guys brighten my day so much, oh yea I saw a post saying I would be popular posting this, If I whanted to be popular I would of bought a BMW cheers.

What..? troll..?

You started this thread, and if you knew anyhing bout car orums, you wouldnt have bothered. Admitting (albeit under an alias/friend/passenger etc) that you so wrecklessly break the law opens you up for all kinds of replies...

and makes my day more bearable because of those replys.

Ignorance is bliss

You must be very blissful then

:D

  • Author

Uh huh mr clever, one is not always ignorant in every phase of the day just in some that see things for what they are rather then thinking they are better class of people.

Shame none of you posting are going to the CZ road trip we could of raced! lmao Joking. :)

I don't race. :(

I always have very slow cars so there is no point, I'd always get beaten

And I'm a rubbish driver, which probably doesn't help :(

The VRS driver went down the M3, down the M27, down the A31 and into B'mouth town centre at good speed over a weekend with the grokles making themselves known and with the shіte weather over the weekend,.

I am sorry to say this, but `the driver`was driving like a fool.

The A31 is a particularly nasty stretch of road in places, and so is the area around matchams. B'mouth is full of people and driving around there at speed is just plain irresponsible.

The Spur road has so many speed cameras on it the the three drivers in question will have collected 12 points before they got to the town centre unless they were staying at 50.

The talivans were apparently out over the weekend on the A31 too.

To be honest, this is exactly the sort of driving that makes speed cameras, or more traffic police (I wish that would happen) required!

Aww same as me then

Please, did you ever think about other drivers at the time you were racing on a public road?

A few hundred yards is one thing but it sounded like you were racing for a good few miles.....

I guess it was a Fabia VRS you drive then?

p.s. didn't realise there were 3 pages of this!!!....Think I better read it...sorry for butting in.

*wiggles little finger*

Oh well, there are some new specs cameras down your route, so hopefully at least on of you will loose their licence

I was in the Army and had advanced driving Tuition but If im a good driver is of know relivence as its not clear who was driving what.

Sorry but WHAT? Since when did the army teach high speed driving techniques? Driving a tank isn't that same as driving a road car at those speeds.

Simple facts are the VRS holds its own, and for the three people envolved doing what they did when they did meant only themselves where hurt if they screwed it up, hell its not hard to drive fast on an empty moterway is it? point and sqiurt?.

Not clever either. What if some other road user joined the motorway, or lost control as you passed? Tyre blow out?

Oh well, maybe one of the resident coppers might be interested in your tale......

I can't believe this thread is still going on with comments about irresponsible driving and the virtues of winding people up.

Everybody just chill out...
