I'll give you my Civic, for your 1.4 as Fuel Economy isn't great. Plus £2.67 my way.

I expect to hear from you soon Des.

I may drive a 1.4 but i'm not an OAP in need of a Civic bingo car just yet. :P

PS Actually it's 1.5 17v now, i've put some stickers on it. Well, that's what Mike said it was anyway.

*wiggles little finger*

Oh well, there are some new specs cameras down your route, so hopefully at least on of you will loose their licence

Sorry but WHAT? Since when did the army teach high speed driving techniques? Driving a tank isn't that same as driving a road car at those speeds.

Not clever either. What if some other road user joined the motorway, or lost control as you passed? Tyre blow out?

Oh well, maybe one of the resident coppers might be interested in your tale......

We only drive tanks in the forces then eh?, sorry bud my mistake Im sure it was you who was in and not me eh?

A mod has requested I ask for this thread to be deleted but yall Are giving me such a hard time and judging me in so many ways that well I feel obliged to leave it open because if you couldent come on the interweb and mouth me down you wouldnt feel so great about yourself's now would you?.

As was said a billion times NEARLY, Is this tale true? was it enacted on the playstation or simply in my mind?, either way its for you to decide but think before you do eh? because you could be an obediant dog on a lead getting lead along merrily for other peoples pleasure.

I realy couldent give two ****'s about what you think who you judge or why you judge, I find it highly amusing tho that alot of you are saying the things you do, When I bet that you broke the law TODAY on many many occasions, and the fact of the matter is nobody know's if I broke the law at all, infact those whome have met me would probably think I didnt.

So in essence shhhh your mightyier then tho typing skills and live and let live, I know some crazy drivers whome are very good friends, I love them dearly because of who they are not what they do or how they do it.

That was my reply to you as I know the roads in that area very well and anyone driving like that will be lucky to have ownership of their licence with the number of cameras along that route.

The weather over the weekend was also IMHO poor.

I am not on my high horse, however, regardless of anything else, I do hope that the b'mouth town centre stopped at the exit from the spur road/wessex way/whatever you want to call it.

I feel that speeding on the local roads would be incredibly dangerous due to the sheer number of people who don't pay attention around b'mouth.

:sofahide: oh no not again..........

:sofahide: oh no not again..........

Don't think there is any requirement for :sofahide: just that I would hope that the drivers in question backed off while they were still on dual carriage ways.

I stated my thoughts earlier and they are my thoughts.

The drivers in question would have to live with the consequences should anything go wrong, however since the first post is altered it tends to lead to a person expecting the worst.

Also:

they sling it left past the bournemouth airport and onto the duel carriageway, the road is dead and its a straight drag into bournemouth, the ST jumps the X5 closely followed by the VRS At over twice the limit the VRS is all over the ST and he wont budge the X5 was well dropped by this stage, the VRS swaps to the inside and undertakes the ST with ease and breezes into bournemouth the winner by a decent margin, they all pulled over near the peer and the ST and X5 drivers are fuming that they got beat by a Skoda and ask if the VRS is running nitro!

I assume they mean go left up over the ashley heath r/bout and off the A31 and onto the spur road..

That road is initially 70 limit, then a little way along drops to a 50 limit and there are at least 5 speed cameras in each direction, a couple of which are reasonably well hidden.

There is a roundabout that you would go left at ideally as the quickest way to the sea front, or straight on to the next slip off by the hill and into town that way.

The pier itself isn't exactly easy to get to, so I can only assume the IMAX / westover road circuit area or the BIC side, again both of which have cameras in the 30 zones, but these are pretty visible.

As was said a billion times NEARLY, Is this tale true? was it enacted on the playstation or simply in my mind?, either way its for you to decide but think before you do eh? because you could be an obediant dog on a lead getting lead along merrily for other peoples pleasure.

pmsl....

now put the ORIGINAL wording back up in the initial post, as it was when you first posted it, and see how the two compare ;) :P

This 'original' was in the third post as a quote I noticed.

HTH

Still doesn't prove he did it as it is just words.

IMHO he probably didn't on review for a couple of reasons:

- The descriptions of the roads/areas is somewhat inaccurate, but accurate enough that a map etc could have been used.

- The roads have CCTV all over that area

- There are a fair few unmarked cars on the M3/M27, I would be amazed he didn't get pulled.

- There are so many cameras on the spur road, you couldn't do twice NSL, and would be hard pressed to do 100 down there with the distance between cameras.

Don't take this the wrong way but does this have any relavance, I don't normally get into these debates but having met ender i have followed this thread from the beginning and as i knew it would spark such furious debate. All this bickering is a bit daft as the deed is done, no one got hurt. It's all very well going on about this matter. But do you really think its going to make any difference to ender and the way he drive's in the future

Not trying to make anyone look stupid here i just think all this mentioning of cameras, copper and crash's is a bit like when your mam has a go at you when your a kid and it goes in one and out of the other and you do the same thing next time

Relax people if it's how he want's to drive so be it i rekon

(i think thats the most intellegent thing i've ever posted)

Actually no...

I almost got killed on that stretch of road by due to sombody driving like a **** and have seen people i know seriously injured and even some killed.

The nobody got hurt line doesn't wash with me!

Anyway reviewing the details of the road, I still don't believe it as they are not accurate enough, IMHO, to have done it.

I was just reading on the net about all the fatal crashes on the M3 and noticed this one, Maybe the phantom X5 :P

M3 crash victim named by police

A man who died when he was struck by a lorry on the M3 on Thursday has been named by police.

The victim was 48-year-old David John House' date=' from Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. He died at the scene of the crash, just after junction 12 near Eastleigh.

The lorry driver, a 51-year-old man from Waterlooville, Hampshire, was shocked but uninjured, said police.

The motorway was closed northbound on Thursday for almost six hours while police carried out investigations.

Officers have appealed for any witnesses to the crash to come forward.

Sgt Mark Foster, of Hampshire Constabulary, said: "We would particularly like to speak to anyone who saw a silver/grey-coloured BMW X5 parked on the hard shoulder of the motorway with its hazard lights on." [/quote']

Point taken your experience's will give you a different view on these type of matter's

I now have a different view of life.

I now have a different view of life.

Actually I very much do.

You want to go kill yourself that's fine, but after having my car stuffed upside down into a ditch by some bloke driving like a **** and destroying it I would rather people driving outside the rules got banned and locked away.

What you don't consider, is that at twice the limit you can't deal with a blow out or something going wrong and you could kill another person.

Maybe you would like to then face that persons family/kids and tell them why they are dead and they no longer have a son/daughter/dad/mum? I would somehow doubt it!

Why some people persist in being morons I don't know, but I know those roads extremely well having driven them and the associated back roads for many years day in day out. They are not safe for the sort of speeds being talked of.

Is this thread still going?

Yawnnn Im so laughed out over it its unreal, I would sudjest peeps stop posting, I had a right giggle at yall's expence and you had a put Ender down couple days to make yourself feel better, now leave it their eh?.

Jesus, Its true in some cases what they say about Skoda drivers!

Track racing is for track cars. Street racing is for Road cars. That's how I see it anyway :)

"Move over in your GTI"

"Move over in your GTI"

Street racing falls under dangerous driving I believe.

You might think differently when you are a bit older and have kids/family of your own, or have had a large shunt.

I am laughing because I don't believe that the event described actually took place. If it did, the three drivers will have collected 12 points, so I'm laughing then too.

Mate your laughing because your a fool, your so prim n proper on the net, get a life that does not envolve sitting in front of a computer lecturing peeps, oh and learn to drive that way u wont shunt things.

I didn't shunt it, i was hit by somebody!

If I am a fool then you are more so, as racing or posting about it isn't clever!

I do have a life, I don't sit in front of a computer lecturing people, but I also am amazed that people seem to take no real responsibility for their actions or the possible consequences when it all goes wrong.

As you said it aint true! So story telling is a crime now huh?
