I'm currently driving...ahem...

Featured Replies

To fill the void left by my 180 bhp sleek mk 1 vRS I am currently jetting around in

an automatic 1.4 rover metro in dynamic blue:)

Believe it or not,it is actually a bit of fun:D ,sort of brings back memories of my MG Metro Turbo

1. The bus steering wheel

2.The oven like conditions without aircon, heaters blowing just warm air.

3.

First car I properly drove (on my private ground) was a Metro 1.4 GTa. Don't remember much about the experience, other than 50mph and running out of concrete road can make passengers jumpy! ;)

Chris

I passed my test in a Rover Metro GTa 1.4 16v....

Jeez , this place is Metro City (pun intended) just now! :)

Yeah, what's with all the Metro's?

The Brisky 'fill in' car of choice, clearly :D

What you going for then? Is it as planned? ;)

Steve

Mine was a 1.1 5 speed

My mate has a 1.4 GTa. The handbrake doesn't work, there is as much play in any gear notch as there is in neutral, the clutch is on/off operation (racing clutch? :D) and the driver door needs kicking shut.

Certainly has "character".

Jeez , this place is Metro City

my 1st car i drove was a metro wich was my cuisins we were allowed to drive around the field! :)
