Brooklands Centenary weekend 16/17th June

Featured Replies

That's the first I've heard of it but unfortunately it clashes with GTi International so I'm heading up there.

Edit: You've also got Mercedes Benz World right next door to this which is well worth a visit.

Cool, thanks.

Isnt it all open as part of the weekend as one big site? I thought it was.

Someone I know went today and gave it a thumbs up, despite the weather.

I'm heading up there tomorrow if any other Briskodians are heading up there.

Mods, could you move this to gen car chat please.

Done

See I'm very tempted but I'm struggling with the 35quid entry fee. I shall see what tomorrow brings.

Think they were doing a family ticket for

Bloomin' expensive but at least it'll keep the riff raff out ;)

Spoke to my mate earlier. He lives in Addlestone and said the traffic has been horrific.:thumbdwn:

Well it was awsome.

Gary Parfitt driving the McLaren F1 car. Got Sir Stirling Moss' autograph, and a great pic of him (and his wife??) driving round the track with no helmit!

Faulklands fly past was awsome too, as was the Lynx and Gazelle display. Shame the other air display didn't do ahead :(

Saw a number of Fabia VRS', and a Brisky sticker on a silver VRS in the car park as we were leaving.

I'll post up a few pics somewhere and link to them when I get a chance.
