I work for a bank where all drive BMW , merc, audis etc, got my skoda and a whole lot of stick. When i went on a customer visit and took some people out in it they were amazed by performance, build quality and looks. Talk speeds and again amazed at what the VRS can do and equipment same story.

Like everyone is saying, some people know jack about cars, if they did there would be more skodas on the road!

I've started to tell critics I drive a Porsche!! (VW is practically owned by Porsche now! - see links)

I DO drive a Porsche...and you should see the looks / hear the remarks I get with having those two together.

"Can't you afford a real car" (looking at the Fabia..then spotting the 911)

"You really like your German cars don't you" (looking at the 911 & Golf GTI I also have...then looking baffled at the Fabia)

So now I'm on the hunt for some bumper stickers...

I'm looking for a "My other car is a Porsche" sticker for the Fabia...which shouldn't be too hard to find.

But ideally I'd like "My other car is a Skoda" for the 911.

Anybody seen any? I'm struggling to find some suitable.

If you can't find the right sticker go and have one made up. That would be hilarious to have that on your Porsche, do it

How about saying " You paid how much for that ?" in a surpised voice.

If you really feel the need to defend your choice of car you could come out with something like.....Yeah, and I've heard you've got a small **** but as I've never test driven you I will refrain from making assumptions

How does the average 'Joe' have the nerve to mock the Skoda brand:confused: . When I say 'average' I mean in terms of what they drive. Now, I am assuming these people dont race around in Porsche's, Ferrari's, Aston Martin's etc so they must be driving....errr Ford, Vauxhall, Renault blah etc.....THEY AINT TOO SPECIAL EITHER:rofl:
