I actually found a cheaper place to get VAG-COM HEX-USB+CAN version 702 and so any one that would like details please contact me, by the member contact service, as I think that this is allowed. (If not, I'm sure that Stu will delete this also.)

I would suggest if your posts have been deleted twice, you must have been doing something wrong. We allow group buys where the benefit is genuinely for the members. What is not allowed is obvious affiliation with a supplier.

As implied above, we also do not condone the supply or promotion of any items that breach copyright or intellectual property. If you promote illicit VAGCOM copies, be aware that there are Ross-Tech employees registered on here who will be quick to point out their rights. Your supplier may be perfectly legitimate, however

It will for sure be a counterfeit cable mate. The latest range of cables, ones which will work with that version of software, have authentication built in. These are only available from Ross-Tech or their authorised distributors.

If you want a cheap solution buy a cheap cable from eBay that will work with the older versions of the software and either use the demo version for free or buy a license only from Ross Tech for $99.

I always say you get what you pay for, Personaly I have spent a damn fortune on my baby and nothing but legit licensed stuff goes near her, this includes and not limited to, fleebay, halfords, anything from the rice area of the world, if it aint stamped as legit then it aint going near my car no matter how simple it is, too much to loose.

However that said Im sure some peeps dont mind using other makes of stuff so in for a penny and all just not me.
