Last night i had my whole car packed to the windows and any little space there was to shove something in...and my Rs bumper bungie tied to the roof rails... filled the tank up and set on our way after we went to Ikea for tea haha. i was sticking to 70/80 and my mpg was awful! 28/30mpg most of the way to top that offi had to stick another

i havent bothered unpacking it yet... itl be ok right for now? as its hammering it with rain! its riding low tho!

When I did similar in my Fabia TDI (sans roof-top bumper) I only managed about 40mpg and was doing a dead 70mph all the way (it was New Years Day! :rofl:) so to get 30mpg out of a 2.0 isn't all that bad!

Weight is the real killer I think....
