Well the Milotec Bonnet Lifter GB was supplied by them.

Even the cheapest uninsured international delivery was only 5 working days.

Has the money been taken from your account? It could also be down to, them not having what you ordered, currently in stock.

Thanks for the input, I had emailed them already but hadn't had a response. I had a reply this morning saying it was sent on the 25'th and usually takes 8-12 working days so it looks like I'm worrying a bit prematurely

Depends if it's being sent with Royal Mail?

I had great service from them - less than two weeks to deliver to New Zealand.

I also sent them an email saying how impressed I was and got an instant response!
