Autotrader - Skoda Octavia 1.8 vRS

Personaly I hate them, for me its amazing how some stickers can totaly ruin a car, but 10.5k for an 02 plate seems steep!, and apart from the stickers whats differant?

Have a search for Octavia WRC edition.

The price is steep but it is a limited edition.

Their ya go, If you are going to plaster it in stickers it has to leave you standing or just dont bother, they could of put the K04 turbo and SEAT BHP on it that would of made it alittle more limited edition, but why oh why make it look bad and then give you HEATED seats!.

I just dont get it, and neither do the general public, as it makes owners think they are worth far more then they are and then makes peeps like me think they aint worth a penny more then a regular model.

I like the WRC edition, especially with the decals removed. They are a nice spec really, heated seats, xenons, and ESP. You do get a little plaque on the dash with the ltd edition number on too!!!

I looked up the price of those stickers a while ago, it was some rediculous price in the thousands. One without it's stickers would be worth much less IMHO.

I was looking for a Superb earlier this year and noticed that a 2.5 V6 TDi Elegance at Le Car Centre was more expensive than anyone else with a similar model!

If their cars are more expensive, is this compensated by a higher part-exchange?

People pay more for a vRS covered in stickers?:eek: Heated seats, xenons and esp aside, this would drastically reduce its value in my book.

Nice pics stu, i quite like the stickers. "100 years of motorsport" kinda says it all.

It would certainly get you noticed but i don't know if i would have the balls to drive around in it.

And it is an 02 plate with only 10k on it, not even run it.

I would consider it at a more realistic price. Our very own big boss man ColD has one possibly up for sale, given the money I would.
