scrapped duty on biodeisel?! (BryanD, please read and comment)

Featured Replies

the goverment has scrapped duty on Pure Plant Oil, (PPO) the green diesel alternative, dropping its price to 52p per litre...

Is this any good to us?

Can we use this 100% or is the 5% that alot of people mix (like bryan) or is it diofferent stuff?

(was in this weeks autoexpress...) says engines have to be modified to use it..

Comments please! :)

Fabia can use it at about a 10% mix with diesel I believe. The PD injectors don't take kindly to pure bio I believe. I could be wrong and would like to be proven wrong. If the car will run a 50/50 mix without any issues, I may well look into getting some. Maybe double dose the Millers to be on the safe side. :)
