Have the above problem on my 2005 VRS it does open and close but its very slow and it sounds as it is struggling .Any advice would be great.

With the window fully down give the rubber seal a good clean. Use some silicon spray to lubricate it once you've cleaned it.

Thank you sorted mine too today

Well it guided me I went to spray guide and the front rubber guide was rolling up with the window

Spray wd40 push thin ruller down the guide operate window

Now it is working fine
