Looks like a definate attempt to break into the emergency vehicle fleet in a big way.

It would be nice for the other forces to use them, not just the police.

They already have a Superb Doctor RRV in Hampshire, working out of Southampton.

this car is now on Trial with the Isle of Wight Ambulance service,and is getting RAVE reports from users,it has :thumbup: only been here for a few days so far,and reports say it is far better than the Mondeos we have at the moment

It'll be good for Skoda's image as if the emergency services use them for this application especially, then it shows they must be reliable, dependable cars that can take high mileages with low running costs. That has to be a good thing surely!

Hi all.

I work for the Ambulance service and we are thinking of getting Oct's. As above HEMS London Air Ambulance curently have 4 bule emergency Oct's. They where 2 where donated by Skoda Preston motors and the other 2 by SP Services (a medical equipment supplyer). They have now got rid of the Impreza's/ Its good for Skoda's image that one of the top Air Ambulance's in England have now switched to Skoda's. And i love my Fabia vRS so i would love it if we got vRS responce cars too. :P

My local hospital has a fleet of Octy vRS' in estate and hatch form. Looks like a local meet when you pass by the car park:D
