Armrest

Featured Replies

Hi,

After driving my dads new octavia I have to get an armrest for my VRS - its so much more comfortable!

I have done numerous searched on the site - but what is the best one to buy there are so many. People have suggested mk 4 golf, or polo, or sourcing it direct from skoda. Which one should i buy or does anyone have info where i can get one from, e.g second hand?

Thanks

Jon

hi,

best option is one piece of armrest from golf 4, but you have to do some minor modifications.

If you have access to a dealer in Europe you can get the Skoda Fabia one.

The original skoda fabia armrest here it does

i have an original one that i got my dealer to order from CZ, it does cost a bit but i just cant do without an arm rest so it was worth the money for me:)

K - have you got any pictures of it? the one on ebay looks like it's in leather?! What material and colouring is yours?

Hi,

I purchased one from Kamei it is easy to fit and is more versatile than the standard ones. part no. KM14285-21 total price

vrshicksy... its the same as the one in the mk1 octy.......its more or less the same colour as the inserts on the fab RS.....if you want pics i can get some for you:)

Can anyone help with the full partnumber for the genuine centre console Armrest?

Really want one but my dealer is scratching his head.

I doubt you'll get one in the UK.

If you need any pics I can take some tomorrow (as its now dark and very, very wet outside). :)

Dave, did you go for the black or grey version for your vRS?

Nice armrest:thumbup:

Nice seat covers too, where from and (if you don't mind the asking) how much, just

the front ones I'm interested in..

You'll see behind the handbrake lever there is the cup holder. The armrest covers that and is screwed into the plastic console between the seat. Holds it nice and securely.

The seat covers are from hatchbag but I got them from a forum member. Hatchbag - The Original Boot liner, Seat Covers, Pet Mats, Pet Aid, Odour Controller, dog guards, boot liner, boot liners, car boot liners, bootliner

Pretty expensive, but they are the best seat covers I have ever had on a car.

armrest looks good... does the black leather go with the vrs interior though?

potential bday present me thinks :D

I like the look of that - I'll probably go for one myself.

I think it goes ok with the rest of the interior.

My arm rests on it, and that's a I really wanted. :)

Dave, what's the access to the handbrake like with the armrest in the down position?

Looks nice that, and a reasonable price. Just a shame you loose the only standard cupholder in the car :(
